AADE issues reminders for 2026 Single Application for Support

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has issued a series of clarifications and reminders regarding the 2026 Single Application for Support (EAE). AADE sent personalized notifications to 344,536 producers who have not yet submitted their applications or authorized a third party to do so on their behalf. The deadline for submission is October 16, 2026.

As of September 18, approximately 255,300 producers had already authorized submission agents. To assist with the process, AADE released answers to 30 frequently asked questions concerning the myAGRO platform. These clarifications cover electronic leases, digitalization of agricultural plots, livestock data, and technical issues regarding ATAK and KAEC numbers.

Key guidance includes instructions for electronic leases, noting that no new lease or fine is required if multiple lessors are involved, provided at least one ATAK is registered. AADE also addressed inheritance issues, stating that for owners deceased after January 1, 2026, heirs may submit the application using the deceased's tax ID under specific conditions. Additionally, manual entry of leases is possible in the myAGRO application to prevent delays.
