AADE launches digital system for agricultural income support transfers

The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has launched a digital system for the transfer of basic income support rights for sustainability. Following a decision by AADE Governor Giorgos Pitsilis, rights holders can now transfer their rights, either in whole or in part, to other recipients.

To be eligible, the recipient must be an active farmer for the relevant support year and must be permanently and legally established within Greek territory, with exceptions made for inheritance cases. The application process is conducted entirely online via the dikaiomata.aade.gr portal using TAXISnet credentials. The process is finalized once the recipient declares their acceptance of the transfer, except in cases of inheritance.

The system supports nine distinct categories of transfer, including permanent transfers with or without land, leasing arrangements, and changes to personal details. Notably, rights distributed from regional reserves between 2023 and 2025 cannot be transferred unless due to inheritance, force majeure, or exceptional circumstances. The system is scheduled to remain open until September 15, 2026.
