Aardman Animations releases new Shaun the Sheep film

The latest installment in the popular stop-motion series, ‘Shaun the Sheep and the Hairy Beast’, has premiered in cinemas. Produced by the award-winning British studio Aardman Animations, the film features a Halloween-themed plot where the farm residents face unexpected challenges after the Farmer accidentally destroys a pumpkin patch. The story follows Shaun as he attempts to fix the damage, leading to the Farmer's mysterious disappearance and the appearance of a supposed beast in the nearby forest.

The film is directed by Steve Cox and Matthew Walker, with a screenplay by Giles Pilbrow and Mark Burton. Critics have responded positively to the production, with some calling it ‘one of the best comedies of the year’ and noting its 99% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The production maintains the traditional claymation technique for which Aardman Animations is globally recognized.
