Abhijeet Dipke defends jailed CJP colleagues

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has responded to social media criticism regarding jailed party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. Addressing allegations that he was attempting to shift blame onto his colleagues, Dipke stated that he takes pride in their leadership, describing them as “better leaders and people than myself.”

Dipke emphasized that the CJP operates through collective decision-making rather than a dictatorial model. He noted that the party discusses issues as a group and adopts the strongest ideas regardless of who proposes them. Describing the relationship between the three men as familial, Dipke asserted that their bond remains strong despite attempts to create division.

Das and Ranka have been in custody since October 13 following a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
