Abhijit Dipke faces FIR for alleged disruption at Latur government school

Abhijit Dipke, the convener of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), has been booked by the Latur police in Maharashtra following a complaint from a teacher. The FIR was filed at the Ausa police station after an incident at the Zilla Parishad Urdu School in Jawali.

According to the complaint filed by 53-year-old teacher Syed Shamshad bano Khairat Ali, Dipke and his associates entered the school premises without permission as part of the CJP’s ‘School Thik Karo’ campaign. The teacher alleged that the group sat among students and questioned them, which disrupted both classroom learning and official school duties.

The complaint further alleges that Dipke recorded videos of the visit to share on social media and threatened to have the teachers suspended. It is also claimed that he made defamatory statements, including an assertion that students from a different school had been brought into the classrooms during his visit.

Police have registered the case under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including those related to obstructing government employees, criminal intimidation, and criminal defamation. A special police team has been formed to investigate the matter.
