Alphadjo Cissé may start for AC Milan against Torino
AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim is considering starting 19-year-old Alphadjo Cissé in the upcoming Serie A match against Torino. Despite initial plans to send the player on loan to gain experience, Cissé’s performances during the summer tour, including a goal against Manchester United, have convinced the coaching staff of his readiness.
Cissé, who previously played for Catanzaro in Serie B, has recovered from a serious adductor tendon injury that ended his previous season. Amorim has praised the youngster’s technical ability and movement between the lines, noting that his presence may challenge established players like Rafael Leão for a starting role.
While some analysts express caution regarding Cissé’s maturity and suggest he may not yet be ready to consistently start for a club of Milan’s stature, the manager appears prepared to utilize him as a trequartista to link the midfield and attack.
