The municipality of Jordão in the state of Acre opened a public selection for its “Abrindo Portas para o Primeiro Emprego” internship program, offering 30 positions for 3rd‑year high‑school students with a monthly stipend of R$ 400. The vacancies are allocated to cadunico registrants, open competition, rural students, indigenous students and a person with disabilities, with a reserve list for all groups. Applications are free and run from 6 July to 7 July, with results announced on 13 July and the internship starting on 20 July.

Separately, the Acre State Attorney General’s Office (PGE‑AC) launched a simplified selection for three university‑level internships in Journalism (two slots) and Administration (one slot). Interns will receive a monthly R$ 1,200 package (including transport allowance) and work 30 hours per week, with the possibility of remote or hybrid arrangements. Candidates must be enrolled from the 5th semester in Journalism or 4th semester in Administration. Applications are submitted by e‑mail between 6 July and 17 July, with preliminary results on 21 July and final selections by early August.
