Acre receives R$ 5.7 million for Civil Defense actions
The Brazilian federal government has authorized the transfer of R$ 5.7 million to the state of Acre to support Civil Defense response and protection actions. The funds were allocated following a request registered in the Integrated Information System on Disasters (S2iD).
The amount will be transferred in a single installment as a legal transfer, specifically designated for Civil Defense protection and response activities. The state of Acre has 180 days from the publication of the act to execute the planned actions. If the funds are used for works to restore essential services, the state must adhere to federal execution and intervention identification rules. A final accountability report must be submitted within 30 days after the execution period ends or after the final payment is made.
