Adani Group Q1 FY27: Enterprises posts loss, Ports posts profit surge

Adani Enterprises Ltd reported a consolidated net loss of ₹1,160 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, driven by a one‑time charge of ₹2,644 crore linked to a settlement with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. The company paid a $275 million ($≈₹2,644 crore) settlement, while revenue rose about 50 % YoY to ₹33,546 crore and EBITDA reached a record ₹5,642 crore.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd posted a 10 % YoY increase in net profit to ₹3,650 crore and a 19 % rise in consolidated revenue to ₹10,821 crore. International ports revenue surged 80 % YoY to ₹1,747 crore with EBITDA climbing 256 % to ₹730 crore, while domestic ports revenue grew 12 % to ₹6,964 crore and marine revenue rose 67 % to ₹901 crore. The company handled 115.3 million tonnes of cargo during the quarter.

CEO Ashwani Gupta said APSEZ is evaluating overseas port acquisitions, focusing on assets along the East‑West trade corridor and excluding the North‑South Panama route, as part of its next phase of global expansion.
