Aden authorities honor top students and Quranic achievers

Local authorities in Aden have held ceremonies to honor several students for their academic and religious achievements.

Abdul Rahman Sheikh, the Governor of Aden, honored top-performing high school students across the republic and the capital. The ceremony also recognized Abdullah Fares Mahyoub for securing second place in the Mohammed VI International Quran Competition held in Morocco. Among the academic honorees were Ahmed Ali Nasser Saleh, who ranked first in the scientific section nationally, and Nour Ali Mohammed Munser, who ranked first in the English section.

In a separate recognition, Dr. Mohammed bin Hussein Al-Wali, Director of the Aden Endowments and Guidance Office, honored Shaher Ali Shaher Yafouz, a visually impaired student. Yafouz was recognized for his dedication to memorizing the Quran and his active participation in summer programs and Quranic circles.
