Student and Quranic achievement recognition in Aden

Overview

In Aden, local authorities and religious officials have conducted several ceremonies to recognize student achievements in academic and religious studies.

Initially, the Al-Hashimi Mosque in the Sheikh Othman district concluded its first summer center program. The center, which focused on Quranic studies and ethical values, held a ceremony to honor participating students and distribute certificates. The program was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Hussein Al-Wali, Director General of the Office of Endowments and Guidance in Aden.

Following this, Governor Abdul Rahman Sheikh and Dr. Mohammed bin Hussein Al-Wali held further ceremonies to honor high-achieving students. These honors included top-performing high school students in scientific and English sections, as well as individuals recognized for international Quranic competition success and visually impaired students dedicated to Quranic memorization.
