Aden hosts Third Renewable Energy and Technology Exhibition

The Third Aden Renewable Energy, Information Technology, Communications, and Electronics Exhibition opened at the May 22 Stadium in Aden. Organized by Al-Ghanim Exhibition and Conference Organizing, the event runs from August 19 to August 22, 2026. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Mohammed Al-Ashwal.

Various local companies are participating to showcase modern energy solutions. Al-Raabi Renewable Energy Company is presenting integrated technologies for the agricultural, industrial, and government sectors. Tariq Al-Wafaa for Trade and Import is displaying products including Longi Solar panels, TRF batteries, lithium storage, and inverters. Al-Akhawayn General Trading (MMD SOLAR) is also participating as an official sponsor, highlighting lithium batteries and electric mobility.

The event aims to facilitate partnerships between the public and private sectors to support Yemen's transition toward clean energy and mitigate the impact of electricity shortages.
