Aden University Museum visited by Deputy Minister of Culture

Hussein Omar Baslim, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism, visited the Aden University Museum in the Al-Shaab district to review its current state and its role in preserving Yemeni cultural heritage. During the visit, officials discussed the museum's scientific, educational, and cultural activities provided to students, researchers, and visitors.

The visit focused on reviewing efforts to reactivate the museum's role, addressing operational challenges, and discussing proposals to improve infrastructure, exhibition environments, and preservation methods. Discussions also included opportunities to strengthen cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the university to support future projects aimed at enhancing the museum's educational and community programs.

Museum leadership emphasized that this visit marks a step toward institutional partnership to protect heritage and develop museum programs, aiming to establish Aden as a significant cultural and heritage center.
