Adidas becomes new official partner of the International Biathlon Union

The International Biathlon Union (IBU) has entered into a long-term partnership with Adidas, the German sportswear manufacturer. The new collaboration will officially launch during the Loop One Festival in Munich on October 17 and 18.

The festival, which offers free admission, serves as the official opening for the new biathlon season. Adidas will participate by bringing several brand ambassadors to the Munich Olympic Park to engage with fans. Notable attendees include Norwegian biathlete Johannes Thingnes Boe.

German biathlon figures are also scheduled to participate in various activities. Olympic champion Denise Herrmann-Wick will lead a community run, while Franziska Preuß, Simon Schempp, and Benedikt Doll are set to participate in meet-and-greet sessions and fan activities.
