Adjori PR elects new board led by Waldiclei Barboza for 2027

Members of the Associação dos Jornais e Revistas com Portais do Interior (Adjori PR) held their ordinary general assembly on 26 July in Foz do Iguaçu. With only one slate of candidates, the new board was elected by acclamation for the 2027‑2028 term. The slate, headed by Waldiclei Barboza, director of O Popular do Paraná, was approved unanimously.

During the same meeting, the association’s 2025 financial statements were presented and unanimously approved. The Fiscal Council reported no irregularities and confirmed that all revenues and expenses were properly documented. The outgoing president, Cidenei Cristian Allebrandt, reported a cash balance of R$ 173,712.37 for the next administration.

Both the election of the new board and the approval of the accounts were carried out with the required quorum and in accordance with the association’s statutes.
