Adrian Szymaniak, ‘Married at First Sight’ participant, dies at 39

Adrian Szymaniak, a participant from the third season of the TVN program ‘Ślub od pierwszego wejrzenia’ (Married at First Sight), has passed away at the age of 39.

Szymaniak had been battling stage IV glioblastoma since July 2025. His wife, Anita Szydłowska-Szymaniak, confirmed his death on social media, stating that the family is seeking silence and closeness during this difficult time. The couple, who met through the television experiment in 2018, built a lasting marriage and have two children.

The family has requested that the funeral remain a strictly private and family-only event. They have explicitly asked the media to respect their privacy by not attending the ceremony, taking photographs, or recording the proceedings. They also requested that fans refrain from sending personal condolences or messages to allow the family space to grieve.
