Adrian Szymaniak, ‘Married at First Sight’ star, dies at 39

Adrian Szymaniak, a participant from the Polish version of the reality show ‘Married at First Sight’, has died at the age of 39. His wife, Anita Szydłowska-Szymaniak, announced his passing on September 5, 2026.

Szymaniak had been battling a grade IV glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, since his diagnosis in July 2025. Throughout his illness, he underwent surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and TTFields therapy. He and Anita, who met on the show in 2018, had built a life together and shared two children.

A private funeral service was held on September 9 in Żołędowo. Friends and family have shared tributes, remembering him as a joyful and loyal person.
