Adults Season 2 premieres on FX and Hulu

The FX comedy series ‘Adults’ has returned for its second season, following the lives of five friends living in Queens, New York. The new season premiered on August 27, 2026, with all eight episodes available for streaming on Hulu, while FX and FXX are airing episodes weekly on Thursday nights.

Season 2 picks up following the dramatic events of the first season finale, including a complicated green-card marriage involving characters Paul Baker, Issa, and Anton. The new episodes explore themes of adulthood, career changes, and social media management, such as the ‘Scrub’—an effort by the characters to delete embarrassing past digital footprints.

Created by Ben Kronengold and Rebecca Shaw, the series features a cast including Malik Elassal, Lucy Freyer, Amita Rao, Owen Thiele, and Jack Innanen. The second season includes guest appearances by various actors, such as Gaten Matarazzo and Susie Essman.
