Adva Lavi faces fraud charges in US and requests deportation to Israel

Adva Lavi, a former IDF soldier who transitioned to a career as an adult content creator in the United States, is facing criminal charges for allegedly defrauding elderly individuals. Prosecutors claim she targeted seniors by feigning romantic relationships to steal from them.

Lavi, who performed under the pseudonym Mia Ventura, faces a potential prison sentence of up to 11 years if convicted. Throughout her legal proceedings, she has maintained her innocence. During her trial, she reportedly pleaded for deportation to Israel, claiming she has been subjected to physical abuse and mistreatment while in American custody. She has made statements such as, ‘Just deport me back to Israel,’ alleging that she has been beaten and cannot survive in the prison system.
