Adva Lavie criminal case paused over mental competency concerns

Criminal proceedings against influencer and former OnlyFans model Adva Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, have been suspended after her defense attorney raised doubts regarding her mental competency. The suspension follows a recent court decision that denied Lavie's request for a mental health diversion program, leaving her held without bond.

Lavie faces multiple felony charges, including grand theft, burglary, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. Prosecutors allege that between 2023 and 2025, she used dating apps to establish relationships with victims—including wealthy older men and younger women—to gain access to their homes and steal cash, gold, and designer items in areas such as Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Los Angeles.

The case is also linked to billionaire real estate magnate Stephen Cloobeck, Lavie’s former fiancé. Cloobeck was arrested in May on felony charges for allegedly attempting to dissuade witnesses from testifying in the criminal case against Lavie.
