Adva Lavie remains in custody amid luxury theft and witness tampering allegations

Adva Lavie, a model and former Penthouse Pet, remains in custody in Los Angeles after a judge deemed her a flight risk. Lavie faces multiple charges, including allegations of stealing luxury items valued at over $11,000 during the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2025. The alleged thefts included a Rolex watch and designer Louis Vuitton accessories, with authorities claiming security footage from an apartment and a Tesla vehicle captured the incidents.

During a recent mental health diversion hearing, court records revealed ten jailhouse calls made by Lavie to her ex-husband, Edan Ives. In these communications, Lavie discussed using the credit card of her billionaire ex-fiancé, Stephen Cloobeck, and expressed a willingness to testify against him.

Cloobeck is currently facing felony charges, including witness tampering, related to his alleged attempts to intimidate witnesses in Lavie’s criminal case. While Cloobeck previously provided legal support, sources indicate he is no longer paying for Lavie’s defense.
