AEON MALL to expand in Vietnam with new centers in Thanh Hoa and Ha Long

AEON MALL Vietnam has announced the upcoming launch of two new shopping centers in Thanh Hoa and Ha Long, scheduled to open in October and November 2026, respectively. These will be the 9th and 10th malls operated by the company in Vietnam.

The Thanh Hoa location, situated in Quang Phu ward, will feature a 10,000m² indoor sports and entertainment area, including five pickleball courts—a first for the AEON MALL system in Vietnam. The facility is expected to house over 130 stores, with more than 60% being brands appearing in Thanh Hoa for the first time. The mall will include a Green Bamboo Oasis outdoor area and a children's zone inspired by the Mokuiku educational method.

The Ha Long project is designed to serve as a lifestyle and tourism destination, reflecting the heritage values of the region. Both projects incorporate disaster response solutions integrated into their design and construction phases to ensure safety and community resilience.
