AEON opens first medium-scale mall in Red River Delta

AEON Vietnam has officially opened AEON Hải Dương in Thạch Khôi ward, Hải Phòng city. This marks the group’s tenth shopping center in Vietnam and its first medium-scale mall in the Red River Delta region.

The facility covers a total floor area of approximately 38,100 m², with 26,000 m² dedicated to leasing. The center features three floors and includes parking for 600 cars and 1,100 motorcycles. The layout comprises five main zones: food, children and entertainment, fashion, health/beauty/accessories, and living spaces.

Specific amenities include a Delica area with 180 seats and a bakery with 90 seats. The food section offers fresh products, organic vegetables meeting VietGAP and GLOBALG.A.P. standards, and various ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat options to serve local residents, office workers, and industrial zone employees.
