Aeroméxico to increase flight frequencies between Mexico City and La Paz
Aeroméxico will increase flight frequencies on the route between Mexico City and La Paz starting October 25. The airline will offer three flight schedules in each direction: two with daily operations and one with five weekly frequencies.
During the high season, spanning from December 17, 2026, to January 3, 2027, all three flights will operate daily to increase seat availability. Maribel Collins, Secretary of Tourism and Economy for Baja California Sur, stated that this expansion aims to strengthen tourism activity and connectivity for the region.
The announcement follows an 11 percent increase in passenger movement at La Paz International Airport during July compared to the previous year. The expansion is a collaborative effort involving Aeroméxico, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), the La Paz Tourism Trust, and the state government.
