AEW WrestleDream features returns for Jay White and Maya World

At AEW WrestleDream 2026, Jay White made a surprise in-ring return during the WrestleDream Tailgate Brawl. White, who had been sidelined by an injury sustained at AEW All Out, competed in a 12-man tag-team match alongside The Gunns and The Conglomeration against The Death Riders and The Dogs. Despite his return, his team did not secure the victory.

Additionally, former AEW TBS Champion Maya World announced she has been medically cleared to return to professional wrestling. World has been out of action since September following a title loss at AEW All In. While her medical clearance is official, no specific date for her return to the ring has been set.
