AfD organizes COVID-19 symposium in Bavaria
The AfD parliamentary group in the Bavarian State Parliament hosted a symposium at the Maximilianeum in Munich to discuss the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organized by Ramona Storm, the group's COVID-19 representative, the event drew approximately one hundred attendees.
Speakers at the symposium, including data analyst Tom Lausen, challenged the official narrative regarding the pandemic. Lausen presented statistical arguments concerning mortality rates and hospital occupancy, specifically addressing the situation in Bergamo, Italy. He suggested that high mortality rates in the Lombardy region were linked to medical under-supply caused by lockdown measures rather than the virus itself.
Additionally, funeral director Marlies Spuhler testified that her business observed fewer deaths during the initial stages of the pandemic compared to previous years, while noting an increase in deaths following vaccination campaigns.
