Agricultural education and livestock professionals meet in Argentina

Students and veterinary professionals in Argentina recently participated in events focused on livestock production and professional development. In Coronel Pringles, over 70 students from Tres Arroyos and Cascallares attended the ‘Sunset Ganadero’ organized by the Instituto de Promoción de la Carne Vacuna Argentina (IPCVA). The event, themed ‘Argentine Beef: between Artificial Intelligence and Natural Intelligence’, brought together more than 300 students to discuss beef production, nutrition, and the economic value of the industry.

In La Pampa, the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (UNLPam) hosted the Second Meeting of Veterinary Science Graduates. The gathering aimed to strengthen the professional community and facilitate knowledge updates. Marcelo Lluch, Director of Livestock for the Ministry of Production of La Pampa, addressed the challenges facing small and medium-sized producers, as well as regional climatic variations affecting the livestock sector.
