Regional agricultural and industrial exhibitions

Agricultural and industrial exhibitions continue to be held across various regions, including Argentina, Spain, and Uruguay.

In Argentina, the Rural Exhibition of Livestock, Industry, and Commerce in Villa Bordeu has seen high demand, with over 150 commercial exhibitors on a waiting list. The 8th edition of the Expo ‘Hecho en Merlo’ has also commenced, showcasing over 100 local industries and technical projects.

Recent developments in Argentina include the inauguration of the 45th National Livestock, Farm, Industry, Commerce, Handicrafts, and Services Exhibition in Villa Ángela, Chaco. Governor Leandro Zdero attended the event, highlighting the sector’s importance to the provincial economy and noting government measures such as credit support, tax reductions, and infrastructure improvements to mitigate El Niño effects. Additionally, the 63rd Livestock, Commercial, and Industrial Exhibition has launched in Coronel Brandsen, scheduled for October 8–11, featuring a program that combines agricultural and industrial focuses with local cultural showcases.

In Uruguay, the Sociedad Agropecuaria de Cerro Largo has announced the 105th edition of Expo Melo, featuring livestock breeding competitions and auctions. Meanwhile, in Spain, the XXXVI Hispano-Bretón Contest-Exhibition in San Emiliano de Babia aims to promote extensive livestock farming and preserve local culture.
