Aguascalientes launches Nissan scholarship program for 25 young adults

The State Government of Aguascalientes and Nissan Mexico announced the Nissan Scholarship Program for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The initiative will award 25 fully funded scholarships to students who will become the first cohort of Técnico Superior Universitario in Gestión de Calidad (Technical University degree in Quality Management). Funding covers 100% of enrollment fees, tuition, uniform, meals and transportation.

Eligibility is limited to individuals aged 18‑25 who have completed or are about to complete high school with a minimum average of 8.5. Applications can be submitted through a SurveyMonkey link until 3 July 2026. A review committee will evaluate candidates on academic performance and other criteria, with results announced on 24 July 2026 via the Institute of Education of Aguascalientes and the Nissan University social‑media channels. Selected scholars begin a preparatory course on 10 August, and the semester starts on 7 September 2026.
