Ahlat hosts 1071 Masters Legends Tournament for veteran footballers

The 1071 Masters Legends Tournament was held in the Ahlat district of Bitlis, featuring amateur football players over the age of 40. Organized by Ahlat Spor Kulübü, the event saw participation from four teams representing Bitlis, Ahlat, Tatvan, and Adilcevaz.

Matches took place at the Ahlat City Stadium and were attended by local residents. During the opening ceremony, Ahlat Mayor Yavuz Gülmez announced that the tournament would continue in future years under the auspices of the municipality. The event was officially kicked off by Mayor Gülmez and Ahlat District Governor Özgür Kaya.
