AI Assistants Boost Productivity Across Workplace and Industry

A global study by Valtech involving 1,003 professionals from Europe, the United States and the Asia‑Pacific region finds that artificial‑intelligence tools are already embedded in daily work and have lifted productivity by at least 10 %. While 86 % of respondents report measurable gains, 75 % say their organisations have yet to implement fully integrated, end‑to‑end AI‑driven processes. Participants want AI to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate workflows and improve collaboration, but they insist that final responsibility for strategic, personnel and ethical decisions remains with humans. David Toma, Vice‑President Strategy & Consulting DACH at Valtech, said, “The rollout of AI in the workplace is no longer the biggest challenge. The workforce is already a step ahead,” adding that “teams now demand less friction from leaders, not more experiments.”
