AI hardware innovations featured at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026, several companies showcased the expansion of artificial intelligence from cloud software into specialized consumer hardware.

Hisense introduced V AIOS and the AI Companion Suite, a software platform designed to automate smart home management. The system focuses on three primary areas: kitchen coordination through smart appliance integration, laundry management via fabric recognition, and climate control. The UR9 serves as the central gateway for these connected home functions.

In the mobile sector, iKKO presented the MindOne, a compact, card-sized AI smartphone. Measuring 86 x 72 mm, the device is designed for quick, frequent tasks and high portability rather than competing with large-screen flagship models. It features a dedicated AI operating system and a 50MP Sony camera.
