AI-Powered Identity Verification Platforms Launched by Shufti and BixeLab

Shufti announced the AI Suite, a set of tools that let teams create KYC verification journeys by describing requirements in plain language, query compliance data instantly, and run live checks inside AI agents such as Claude or ChatGPT. The suite combines an AI Journey Builder, a conversational Copilot analyst, and Model Context Protocol integration, cutting manual development work and speeding deployment. "Work that used to need developers, tickets, and custom builds now starts with a sentence in minutes," said Farryam Asif, chief technology officer at Shufti.

BixeLab, an Australian‑based biometric testing leader, introduced Birdix, a platform that helps organisations manage certifications, assurance evidence, and ongoing governance for digital identity technologies. In a webinar, CEO Dr. Ted Dunstone highlighted the growing threat of deepfakes and synthetic identities and explained how Birdix supports biometric presentation‑attack detection and emerging injection‑attack detection, aiming to restore trust in biometric systems.
