AI server demand drives revenue growth for Pegatron and Diodes
Pegatron and Diodes Incorporated have reported significant revenue growth driven by the expansion of AI server infrastructure.
Pegatron reported Q2 2026 consolidated revenue of NT$274.448 billion, a 2.7 percent year-on-year increase. The company saw a massive 84 percent year-on-year surge in its computing segment, primarily fueled by higher server shipments. Computing now accounts for approximately 23 percent of Pegatron’s total revenue, up from 13 percent in Q2 2025.
Diodes Incorporated achieved its sixth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth, with Q2 revenue rising 21.7 percent year-over-year to $445.5 million. The company attributed this momentum to increased semiconductor content in AI servers, automotive, and industrial applications. Diodes expects growth to accelerate in Q3, projecting a 30 percent year-over-year increase.
