Huawei Cloud unveils Agentic AI infrastructure in Thailand as HKT launches AI Tech Week in Hong Kong

Huawei Cloud hosted a summit in Thailand where it announced the availability of its new "Huawei Cloud Agentic Infrastructure" for the country and opened beta testing of the CodeArts Agent platform. Company officials, including Sunny Shang, President of Huawei Cloud APAC, and Surasak Wanichwatphibun, CTO of Huawei Cloud Thailand, highlighted the infrastructure’s support for AI agent development, token generation, memory storage and secure autonomous operation.

In Hong Kong, HKT Enterprise Solutions organized an AI Tech Week featuring more than 30 technology partners and over 40 AI solutions. The event, attended by government officials such as Lillian Cheong, Deputy Director of the Innovation and Technology Bureau, and business leaders like Steve Ng, highlighted AI’s role in enterprise transformation and showcased projects ranging from AI contact‑center tools to post‑quantum encryption and AI‑driven networking.
