AKDITAL launches internal academy to train healthcare staff in Morocco

AKDITAL, a private healthcare group in Morocco, has launched the AKDITAL Academy, an internal training structure designed to develop the skills of its workforce. The initiative aims to support the group’s expanding network, which currently includes 45 establishments across 26 cities and a total capacity of 4,864 beds.

The Academy will manage various stages of professional life, including the integration of new hires, the continuous improvement of existing teams, and training for employees moving into new responsibilities. The curriculum will combine theoretical instruction, practical exercises, and field immersion, with provisions for remote learning.

The first cohort consists of approximately 50 employees from operational roles. Future expansions are expected to include paramedical professions based on network needs. This launch follows a significant training effort in 2025, during which the group conducted 462 training actions covering 326 topics for 2,703 participants, totaling over 41,000 hours.
