Akdital healthcare group expansion and training

Overview

Moroccan healthcare group Akdital has initiated a period of significant expansion and internal development. In September 2026, the group opened its first international facility, AKDITAL Hospitals Al Olaya, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This 140-bed multidisciplinary hospital is part of a broader strategy to reach a capacity of 1,000 beds in the Kingdom by 2030 through a planned investment of approximately $1.4 billion.

Simultaneously, the group has focused on strengthening its domestic operations in Morocco by launching the AKDITAL Academy. This internal training structure is designed to manage the professional development of its workforce across its network of 45 establishments. The academy aims to support the group’s growing scale by providing theoretical and practical instruction for new hires and existing staff.
