AKTOR Group capital increase cuts Winex stake to 33.41%

On 28 July 2026 the AKTOR Group (AKTOR ANONYMEI ETairia Symmetochon, Technikon kai Energeiakon Ergôn) completed a capital increase and listed the new shares on the Athens Stock Exchange. The total number of shares and voting rights rose to 261,780,241.

Winex Investments Limited, a legal entity linked to Alexander Exarchou – Chairman of the Board and CEO of AKTOR Group – acquired 1,866,667 new shares valued at €21,000,003.75 (€11.25 per share). Because of the dilution, Winex’s voting share fell to approximately 33.41%, down from the 41.962% it held before the transaction.
