AKTOR Group Completes €650 Million Capital Increase, Becomes Greece's Strongest Infrastructure Firm

The AKTOR Group finished a €650 million increase of its share capital, receiving more than €2.2 billion in offers and an oversubscription of 3.6 times the target. The company said the demand was one of the largest recorded in the Greek market in recent years.

The new shares will be priced between €11.25 and €12, boosting the group's market capitalization to over €2.4 billion. More than 80 investment funds, including major long‑only and international vehicles, participated. The proceeds will fund AKTOR's growth plan and cement its position as one of the most capital‑strong infrastructure companies in Greece and the Southeast European region.
