AKTOR capital increase oversubscribed 3.6‑3.7 times, bids below €11.25 excluded
Greek infrastructure group AKTOR completed the book‑building phase of its capital increase, reporting demand roughly 3.6‑3.7 times the amount of new shares on offer. The issuance was priced with a floor of €11.25 per new share and a ceiling of €13.52. Bids submitted below the €11.25 floor are expected to be rejected.
The company aims to raise an initial €650 million, which may exceed €800 million given the strong investor interest. The offering includes combined new common, nominal, post‑voting and non‑voting shares with a nominal value of €0.30 each. International banks BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs and UBS are coordinating the process, alongside Greek banks and brokerage firms. Completion of the capital increase is intended to fund AKTOR’s strategic growth plan in infrastructure, energy and concessions.
The final allocation price and exact proceeds will be disclosed after the distribution phase concludes.
