Alabama Crimson Tide defeat Texas A&M 31-20

The Alabama Crimson Tide secured a 31-20 comeback victory over the Texas A&M Aggies at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Despite a slow start and early offensive struggles, including an interception and a fumble by quarterback Keelon Russell, Alabama rallied in the second half.

Russell finished the game with 311 passing yards and three touchdowns, including two scoring passes in the fourth quarter to Marshall Pritchett and Kaleb Edwards. Wide receiver Rico Scott led all receivers with 156 yards on six receptions. The Alabama defense contributed significantly with three turnovers, including a pick-six by cornerback Dijon Lee Jr.

With this win, Alabama improves to 6-2 (4-2 in the SEC). The team will take a bye week before traveling to Baton Rouge to face the LSU Tigers on November 7 in a critical matchup for playoff implications. The victory also served as a recruiting showcase, with Alabama extending scholarship offers to prospects Xavier Endicott and Kam Roberts during the game.
