Alajuelense president seeks to retain coach Óscar Ramírez

Joseph Joseph, president of Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, has expressed the club's desire to retain head coach Óscar ‘Machillo’ Ramírez. Although Ramírez returned to the team in September following the dismissal of Ismael Rescalvo and an interim period by Bryan Ruiz, his current contract is set to expire in December.

Joseph stated that the institution intends to do everything possible to ensure Ramírez continues in his role. Beyond tactical results, the president highlighted Ramírez's ability to motivate the squad, noting his capacity to convey a message of effort and dedication that has generated significant optimism within the club.
