Alassio to host Il + Bello d’Italia national final

The 48th edition of the “Il + Bello d’Italia” national male beauty pageant will hold its final in Alassio on Sunday, August 23. The event is scheduled to take place at 21:30 in Piazza Partigiani.

Twenty finalists from various Italian regions, including Liguria, Lombardia, Emilia, Toscana, Sicilia, Piemonte, and Campania, will compete for the title. The competition, founded over forty years ago by brothers Antonio and Silvio Fasano, has previously launched the careers of several well-known Italian entertainers.

The 2026 edition introduces two significant changes: the inclusion of candidates aged between 35 and 45, and the appointment of an all-female jury presided over by journalist Eleonora De Angelis. The event is led by patron Silvio Fasano, artistic director Fabio Fallabrino, and journalist Andrea Iannuzzi.
