Various regional community and cultural initiatives are underway across Latin America and Spain. In Medellín, Colombia, citizens have until September 21 to vote in the participatory budgeting process, allowing residents across 16 communes and five districts to direct public funds toward local social, infrastructure, and economic projects.

Meanwhile, in Chacabuco, the Provincial Registry of Persons is conducting free documentary identity (DNI) operations at local schools from September 23 to 25 to facilitate essential paperwork for the community.
Chilean cultural events include the first Contemporary Art Festival in the Los Ríos region, scheduled for September 29 to October 6, featuring exhibitions across Valdivia and Río Bueno. Additionally, the Ñuble region will host its fourth Regional Reading Promotion Seminar on September 30 in Chillán, focusing on Chilean myths and legends.
