Alejandra Rubio celebrates new baby and honors grandmother María Teresa Campos

The birth of Tessa, the second daughter of Alejandra Rubio and Carlo Costanzia, has brought renewed attention to the relationships within their extended family. The arrival of the infant has highlighted the connection between the grandmothers, Terelu Campos and Mar Flores.

Terelu Campos addressed recent comments made by Mar Flores regarding family dynamics. Flores had previously suggested that family members outside her immediate circle, including Rubio, came “in the package.” While Campos noted that the expression “does not look pretty,” she clarified that she does not believe there was any malicious intent behind the remark and denied any active conflict between them.

Separately, Alejandra Rubio marked the third anniversary of the death of her grandmother, the prominent journalist and television presenter María Teresa Campos. Rubio shared a tribute on social media, expressing her wish that her grandmother could have met her children. The newborn's name, Tessa, serves as a diminutive of María Teresa, acting as a tribute to her legacy.
