Alejandro Moreno backs US Ambassador's terrorism label for Zacatecas car bomb
Alejandro Moreno, the national leader of the PRI, has expressed full support for U.S. Ambassador Ronald Johnson’s characterization of a car bomb attack in Ojocaliente, Zacatecas, as an act of terrorism.
Moreno stated that the attack against the Ojocaliente Municipal Police Command must be called by its proper name, arguing that the use of explosives by organized crime to intimidate and spread fear constitutes terrorism. He emphasized that bilateral cooperation with the United States is essential for intelligence sharing and dismantling the financial structures of criminal organizations. Moreno called on the Mexican state to recognize the true dimension of this threat and respond with its full capacity to protect Mexican families.
