Galatasaray midfielder Aleksey Batrakov attracts major European interest

Galatasaray’s 21-year-old Russian midfielder Aleksey Batrakov has drawn significant attention from top European clubs following his strong performances in the UEFA Champions League. After scoring crucial goals against Barcelona and Lille, Batrakov has reportedly entered the radar of several Premier League giants, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

Batrakov, who joined Galatasaray from Lokomotiv Moscow for €25 million, has a release clause estimated between €50 million and €55 million that would allow him to join major leagues in England, Italy, Spain, or Germany. While Galatasaray management is reportedly inclined to keep the player, the high valuation makes a transfer possible for elite clubs.

In separate transfer news, Turkish clubs Beşiktaş and Galatasaray are competing for CSKA Moscow’s young midfielder Matvey Kislyak. CSKA Moscow is reportedly seeking a transfer fee between €30 million and €35 million for the player.
