Alex Ferreira performs debut Tiny Desk Concert with Silvana Estrada

Dominican singer-songwriter Alex Ferreira performed his debut Tiny Desk Concert as part of NPR Music’s ‘El Tiny’ series, celebrating Latin Music Month. The session features a four-song set that spans various stages of Ferreira’s career, connecting older tracks with material from his recent work.

Ferreira was joined by Mexican singer-songwriter Silvana Estrada, a longtime collaborator who previously contributed vocals to his Latin Grammy-nominated album ‘En Lo Que Llega La Primavera’. The duo closed the set with the song ‘Me Pierdo Contigo’. Ferreira performed with a six-piece ensemble including guitar, bass, drums, piano, and saxophone.
