Alexander Aslani assassinated inside Marbella clinic

Alexander Aslani, a 57-year-old German aesthetic surgeon known as ‘the surgeon of the famous,’ was shot and killed inside his Cirumed Clinic in Marbella, Spain, on October 7. The attack occurred shortly before 6:00 PM local time.

A masked individual dressed in black entered the clinic and fired multiple shots at Aslani at close range. The surgeon’s wife and several staff members and patients witnessed the assault. Although emergency responders attempted to stabilize him, Aslani succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Spanish National Police arrested an 18-year-old Swedish national the following day as a suspect in the homicide. Investigators are currently working to determine the motive and are exploring whether the assailant acted alone or had accomplices, noting reports that the perpetrator may have fled the area on a motorcycle.
