Alexandra and Kilkis hospitals to undergo energy upgrades

Contracts have been signed for the energy upgrade of the Alexandra General Hospital in Athens and the Kilkis General Hospital. The projects, which have a total budget of approximately 6.97 million euros, aim to modernize public health infrastructure by reducing energy consumption and improving operational conditions for patients and staff.

At Alexandra Hospital, the works will include thermal insulation of the building envelope, upgrades to electromechanical installations, and the utilization of renewable energy sources. At Kilkis General Hospital, interventions will cover several buildings and include thermal insulation, new window frames, and upgrades to lighting, air conditioning, and boiler stations.
